Inspired by the commissioned poem ‘Cofio’ by Guto Dafydd. Time signatures, structure, tempo indications and emotional expression all derive from this poem.
The work was written for performance by Bryony Keyes at the Wales International Piano Festival 2016. Commemorating the centenary of the First World War.
